When Someone’s in Need, Our Community Steps Up

In times of crisis, the strength of a community shines the brightest. At American Stages Realty & Property Management, we’ve been moved by the resilience and compassion shown by our neighbors and partners as we work together to support those affected by the devastating fires.

We’ve seen an overwhelming response from property owners offering housing for fire victims, and it’s truly heartwarming to witness such generosity. Inspired by this, we’ve joined forces with organizations like CalRHA to create a dedicated website where available units can be listed quickly and efficiently. This platform ensures displaced families can find a safe place to call home during this challenging time.

As part of our commitment, American Stages is waiving application fees for those affected by the fires. We know that every little bit helps, and removing this financial barrier is one way we can make the path to finding housing a little smoother. It’s our way of standing with the community and offering support when it’s needed most.

What started as a local effort has now expanded, with other associations across Southern California joining the initiative. Together, we’re creating a network of hope and support for those who need it most.
